Research Interests: Health communication, racial disparities in health, and prejudice/discrimination.
Other Information:
Alicia grew up in North Dakota on a farm outside a town of 200 people. Her home was on a gravel road nicknamed 'Iverson road' because every family along the 10 miles of gravel road the last name of 'Iverson' (that was her last name, too).
When she has spare time, she creates art and plays piano.
She can frequently be seen jogging, walking, or hanging out
on the beach of Lake Michigan.
Alicia is a big fan of Lakeland College and loves her job as a professor. GO MUSKIES!
