April Arvan
April A. Arvan, Ph.D., Assistant Professor of Exercise Science and Sport Studies, joined the faculty full-time in 2007, though she taught part-time at the college for many years. She is also an alumna of Lakeland. Students may be interested to know that Arvan formerly coached the Lakeland's women's basketball team. In fact, she holds the distinction of the college's all-time wins leader in women's basketball with an overall record of 266-84.
