The Lakeland football team was featured in a story in the February issue of Inside Wisconsin Sports, a new magazine focusing on high school, college and pro sports in Wisconsin.
The Muskies were featured in the Athlete Involvement section of the magazine, and the story covered Lakeland's relationship with Big Brothers & Big Sisters of Sheboygan County.
A total of 17 Lakeland football players were "Lunch Buddies" last season, volunteering one lunch period a week at local schools to build relationships with elementary school-aged children in need of a little extra attention.
The magazine, which is available at several local newsstands and grocery stores, features Bucks coach Terry Porter on the cover.
