The Lakeland College
women's soccer team returned to their winning ways in the Lake Michigan

College today. Senior Forward
Amanda Smith (Neenah) tallied the
fourth goal, setting the all-time Lakeland
College goal scoring mark with her
89th career goal.
Freshman Midfielder Marie Reynolds (Fond du Lac)
got the Muskies on the board in the 30th minute when she scored her sixth goal
of the season. Reynolds would tally her second goal of the game and
seventh of the season just three minutes later to give the Muskies a 2-0
halftime cushion.
Junior Forward Ann Lehecka scored a great third goal for the Muskies on a
header only to have it called back for a questionable foul. Lehecka would
not be denied as she found the nylons with a goal in the 66th minute to give Lakeland
a 3-0 lead.
Marian would tally a goal in the 78th minute to take the score to 3-1.
The Muskies would finalize the scoring at 4-1 in the 80th minute when Smith

season.
Sophomore Alli Weiss made seven saves on the day for Lakeland.
The Muskies return to action this Saturday, October 23rd at noon when they travel to Madison
to take on the Eagles of Edgewood College.
