On Saturday, Lakeland faces Aurora in a Northern Athletics Conference Cross Division showdown at the Moose & Dona Woltzen Gymnasium.
The Muskies (6-9, 3-6 NAC) are coming off a 67-61 victory over Marian University this past Wednesday. In the win, senior Chelsea Coenen led Lakeland with 13 points and grabbed five rebounds. Junior Allison Davis recorded her first double-double of the season, scoring 10 points and 10 rebounds.
Lakeland will look for redemption this year, after losing their only meeting against Aurora last season. In the 75-73 loss at Aurora, several returnees had significant points. Senior Mary Dennewitz had 10 points, junior Erin Cepa had nine and junior Becca Tilleman and sophomore Dana Henrichs each scored six.
Lakeland is looking to build some momentum today and make a run in the NAC North Division.

Lakeland returns to action on Tuesday, Jan. 25, as they travel to Milwaukee, Wis., for a NAC North Division showdown with Alverno College. Tip-off is 7 p.m.
