McCauley won a pair of matches in the 141 lb. class. He lost his opener but then defeated No. 6 seed Mason Bohm of the University of Wisconsin-Platteville by fall in 1:30. McCauley then defeated Justin Wolfenden of Milwaukee School of Engineering before losing to Greg Vance of Loras (Iowa) College.
Kroeger also won twice in the wrestleback bracket in the Heavyweight class. He defeated Jeffrey Tyburski of the University of Chicago by a 3-0 decision and Paul Carter of Concordia Wisconsin 8-1 before losing by fall to Cody Soderstrom of UW-Platteville.

Jacob Maechtle (So.-Port Washington, Wis.) was the eighth seed at 149 lbs. and won his opening match by fall over Esteban Gonzalez of Triton (Ill.) Community College before losing his second match and then forfeiting his final match.
Eduardo Orihuela (So.-Menominee, Mich.) finished 1-2 at 133 lbs., defeating Aaron Davis of Wabash (Ind.) College in his second match before losing one round later. Eddie Terres (Fr.-Escanaba, Mich.) also was 1-2 at 184 lbs., winning his opener 11-4 over Dylan DeShane of UW-Platteville before losing twice. Grant Franson (Jr.-Lindenhurst, Ill.) was the lone Muskie to go winless, finishing 0-2 at 125 lbs.
The Muskies have Thanksgiving weekend off before returning to action Dec. 1 at the MSOE Invitational in Milwaukee.
