Graduation Day Photos
Commencement is a time of celebration. As part of this year's celebration, Lakeland College will turn this into a huge scrapbook celebrating the accomplishments of our 2014 graduates - and we need your help. On graduation day, tag your posts, Instagram photos and tweets with #muskies14. Photos and tweets will automatically populate this page. On the day of the event, keep refreshing the page to see the latest content from our grads. It's already going to be a great day to be a Muskie, and with your help it will be even better!
For those of you who would like to share the news of your graduation with family and friends, formal announce ments are available through an independently-owned print shop (GT Graphics) located in Sheboygan, WI. The announcements will be printed in the Lakeland blue and gold ink on white cardstock along with blank envelopes. Download the form here.
In addition, you can print out a graduation invite card here.
A Legacy Set in Stone
Congratulations on your upcoming graduation! As member of the Class of 2014, we invite you to leave your mark on Lakeland's main campus. You can personalize a brick to be placed prominently in Lakeland's Alumni Plaza to commemorate your Lakeland experience with your name and class year, or choose to honor a classmate, professor or friend.
By purchasing a brick, you will be able to designate your gift to the area of your choice. Most importantly, your gift will ensure a high caliber learning experience for future students and showcase your pride in being part of the Lakeland family.
Visit our Alumni Giving page to preview your personalized message and order your brick today! Congratulations once again!
Parking on campus for baccalaureate and commencement will be at a premium. We expect there will be no on-campus parking available after 11 a.m. on Sunday. We have made arrangements with Howards Grove High School for all Lakeland commencement participants and guests to use their large parking lot. We will have shuttle buses running from the parking area to the campus every 10 to 15 minutes, beginning at 9:30 a.m. These shuttle buses will then return guests to the high school parking lot after the commencement ceremony and post-graduation festivities. The last shuttle will leave Lakeland at 6:30 p.m.
If you plan to arrive at the college after 11 a.m., do not drive to the campus. Instead, go directly to Howards Grove High School. The high school is located on the west side of Highway 42, just east and south of County Highway A. (About 3 miles from the campus.)
Handicapped parking will be available on campus, immediately adjacent to the Wehr Center, for all properly identified vehicles.
