Upcoming Events
 
We are holding a major conference on teaching economic and financial literacy at Lambeau Field on October 15th, 2010!  This event will be held in conjunction with Wisconsin's Money Smart Week.  Watch for our flyer to register soon!

Programs and Services

Our center is involved in the following activities:
  • Non-credit programs for K-12 teachers on economics and financial education
  • Online for-credit courses for K-12 teachers in economics
  • We maintain a library of the latest National Council on Economic Education curriculum materials at Lakeland College for use by area teachers.  Some of these materials are available online at:  http://www.ncee.net/programs/
  • Stock Market Simulation Game (http://www.economicswisconsin.org/teach/stmkt_sim.htm)
  • Curriculum development and assessment
  • Research into economic and financial literacy
