Blasters is turning 21!

Do you remember turning 21? On June 13th it will be time for the Blasters Golf Tournament to do just that. We will be celebrating in grand style as returning golfers and first-time participants alike gather to play some great golf and catch up with old friends. Sounds like a great party, right? Can you think of a better way to spend a summery Friday afternoon?

Blasters is about more though than just a good time with friends. This tournament is the sole fundraising effort for Lakeland's Alumni Legacy Scholarship, which provides financial support to students with relatives who are Lakeland alumni. Last year the tournament raised over $16,000 for student scholarship support and over the course of the tournament over $71,000 has been raised.

If you want to participate in this fun fundraiser, please register online. Due to golf course limitations, all participants must register prior to the event. Spots are filled on a first come, first served basis and there is only space for about 10 more teams of four! The $200 fee (per golfer) includes:

• 18 holes of scramble format golf at The Bull at Pinehurst Farms
• Cart with GPS software
• Continental breakfast
• Drink tickets
• Lunch
• Dinner buffet

Schedule:

• 9:00 am Registration and Continental Breakfast
• 11:00 am Tournament Announcements
• 11:30 am Shotgun Start
• 5:30 pm Dinner and Awards

Ask your employer to sponsor a team in the Corporate Division or sponsor or organize your own team in the Open Division. You can also sign up as an individual, and you will be assigned to an incomplete foursome. Team members can sign up and pay online separately, but please make sure to specify the same Team Name to be grouped together.
