Homecoming 2012

The All-College Reunion is over, but the Sesquicentennial celebration continues! Return to campus again this October for Homecoming 2012.

FRIDAY, OCTOBER 5, 2012

  • 5:30 p.m. Hall of Fame Reception & Banquet. Stacey Remington '97, Chris Thousand '02 and Jill Dewane '02 will be inducted into the Lakeland College Athletic Hall of Fame. The 2001-02 women's basketball and the 2002 baseball teams will be recognized for their championship seasons. Please contact Karen Westley at 920-565-1512 or westleykm@lakeland.edu for reservations.

  • 7:00 p.m. Women's Volleyball Game. Lakeland College vs. Dominican University. Wehr Center.

  • 10:00 a.m. Homecoming Chapel Service. Kickoff the festivities with Lakeland College Chaplain Rob Sizemore and the Lakeland Singers. Ley Chapel.
  • 10:00 a.m. Alumni Baseball Game. Please contact Coach Michael Bachar at 920-565-1411 or bacharma@lakeland.edu for registration and details. Baseball Diamond.
  • 10:00 a.m. Alumni Women's Basketball Game. Please contact Coach Lindsey VandeHoef at 920-565-1564 or vandehoeflk@lakeland.edu for registration and details. Woltzen Gymnasium.
  • 10:30 a.m. Alumni and Student Band Rehearsal. Please contact Russell Pettitt, director of bands, at 920-565-1505 or pettittr@lakeland.edu for registration and details. Verhulst.
  • 11:00 a.m.-1:30 p.m. Homecoming Tailgate. Enjoy lunch, performances by the Muskie Pep Band, cheerleaders, dance team and a jumping house for the kids. Free tickets provided with registration. Alumni Plaza.
  • 11:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m. Homecoming Biergarten. Gather with friends and have a beverage. Cash bar serving beer and wine. Alumni Plaza.
  • 1:00 p.m. Football Game. Lakeland College vs. Rockford College. Free tickets provided with registration. Taylor Field.
  • 2:00 p.m. Women's Volleyball Game. Lakeland College vs. Concordia University (Chicago). Wehr Center.
  • 4:00 p.m. 5th Quarter. Hors d'oeuvres and cash bar. Pub, Younger Family Campus Center.
