Men's golf places 13th at Benedictine

The Lakeland College men's golf team competed in the Benedictine Invitational, on Oct. 6 and 7, finishing 13th overall.

Justin Goosen led the Muskies with a 38th place finish, shooting a cumulative score of 158. Jake Bernetzke followed closely in 42nd place with a 160, while Chris Catalano placed 49th with a 163, Tyson Pitsch finished 68th with a 186 and Kory Theil finished 71st with a 198.

The Muskies will complete their season at the Northern Athletics Conference Championships on Oct. 15 and 16 at Whistling Straits in Sheboygan, Wis.
