Senior Allison Davis and sophomore Dylan Van Straten have been named the college's Muskies of the Week for their individual performances last week. Read about their performances below.
Allison Davis
Senior Allison Davis led the Lakeland College women's volleyball team to a 2-2 week, including wining their home opener on Sept. 21.
The Sheboygan, Wis., native was named to the Red Hawk Invitational All-Tournament team last weekend. Davis recorded 25 kills, two service aces, seven digs, and seven blocks in the team's three matches at Ripon College. 
The 6-foot middle hitter has a team-high 192 kills and 66 blocks this season. She is currently in the top five in kills per set (3.13), hitting percentage (.294), and leads the conference in blocks per set (0.98).
Davis also serves on the Student Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) and is a member of the women's basketball team.
Davis is majoring in sports studies and minoring in business administration.

Dylan Van Straten
Sophomore Dylan Van Straten has found a rhythm in the Muskies offense.
The Shiocton, Wis., native recorded his first collegiate touchdown on Saturday, rushing for two score in the first half. Van Straten also rushed for 57 yards on seven attempts, while completing 3-of-6 passes for 53 yards in the first half against Hope College. He finished the day passing 6-of-14 for 114 yards, one interception.
The 6-foot-1 quarterback is a sophomore transfer who had struggled in the first two weeks, but seems to be gaining confidence in the new system. He also won NAC Offensive Player of the Week for his performance.
Van Straten is majoring in Business.
