Junior Jenny LaLuzerne has been named Lakeland College's Muskie of the Week for her performances in action last week. Read about her success below. 
Jenny LaLuzerne
Junior Jenny LaLuzerne had one of her best weeks and helped lead the Lakeland College softball team to a 3-3 mark in Northern Athletics Conference action last week.
The Sturgeon Bay, Wis., native hit her first grand slam in a 12-2 win over Concordia University Chicago on April 22 and helped the Muskies snap a three-game skid. LaLuzerne led the team at the plate with a .579 batting average, including a triple to go along with eight RBIs.
Lakeland's Woman of the Year recorded 16 total bases with a .842 slugging percentage and a .619 on-base percentage.
LaLuzerne looks to help the Muskies sharpen their NAC Tournament resume this week as the team concludes regular season play.
