Lakeland College Head Men's Basketball Coach Aaron Aanonsen will be a guest on the Hoopsville radio and internet program Sunday night, which airs from 6-8 p.m. Central time on the d3hoops.com website.
Coach Aanonsen will talk to host Dave McHugh during the show Sunday night, which covers NCAA Division III basketball on a national level. The show airs on the d3hoops.com website here.
Hoopsville features interviews with coaches, players, reporters, and experts from around the country and breaks down previous and upcoming events in Division III basketball. Hoopsville is in its 10th year of covering Division III hoops and is broadcast out of studios in the Baltimore area. The show airs on Sundays and Thursdays from 6-8 p.m. CST, and archives of each show are available for those unable to tune in live.
Lakeland is currently 13-2, tied for the best record in school history through 15 games, and the Muskies are undefeated at the top of the Northern Athletics Conference North Division with a 6-0 mark. Lakeland senior forward Jake Schwarz (Sheboygan, Wis.) also is closing in on the school's career scoring record, while junior forward Justin Ward (Wisconsin Dells, Wis.) is nearing 1,000 points for his career.
