The Lakeland Muskies women's basketball team scored 20 points off of 20 turnovers en route to a 59-32 victory at
The Muskie defense held Marian to 17 percent shooting in the first half, as the Muskies held a 32-13 halftime lead, and to 20 percent for the game. Another key factor in the game was bench scoring as the
Sophomore guard Brenda Paulson led the Muskies with 12 points and three offensive boards in 29 minutes of action. Seniors Kristi Thill and Beth Porter were the other two Muskies to score in double digits with 11 and 10 points respectively, while freshman Sasha Falish led the team in rebounds with six.
The Muskies, 6-3 overall, will have two weeks off before returning to action in the South Padre Island Shootout on Dec. 27.
