Housing Contract Terms and Conditions

Residency Requirement:

Lakeland College requires that all full-time students under the age of 21 and regardless of ranking must live on campus. The only exceptions will be: (a) if the student is living with a parent or guardian; (b) if the student is married; (c) if the student is a former member of the armed forces; or (d) if the student is a single parent with a child. All students who live on campus are required to sign up for a meal plan. 

Residence Hall Preference for the 2016-2017 Academic Year

*Single-Double rooms are very limited and availability is based on priority points earned.

** Grosshuesch Hall may undergo renovations for the 2016-17 academic year. In that case, Muehlmeier Hall will be an all-male hall.

Dining Options for the 2016-17 Academic Year

Flex Meals Flex meals may be used for treating a guest to a meal or an entry to the Dining Services line when open. Flex meals can also be used in the Muskie Mart/Grill during posted hours.

The Daily Grind The Daily Grind is an on-campus espresso bar including breakfast items.

Muskie Mart/Grill The Muskie Mart and Grill is a convenience store along with a short-order grill.

The 1862 Lounge The 1862 Lounge is a casual gathering spot with free popcorn along with pizza, pretzels and nachos for purchase.





The Lakeland College Housing Contract and this Housing and Dining Application are binding for the entire academic year. Students who move off-campus during any part of the academic year and are still enrolled may be charged for the entire academic year.
