"Muslims as a Force for Good and Healing in America"

Dr. Rami Nashashibi, executive director of Inner-City Muslim Action Network (IMAN), will speak.

Prior to the lecture, a light dinner with Dr. Nashashibi will be held in Room 209 of the Laun Center from 5:30 – 6:45 p.m. The cost is $10 per person.

No reservations are needed for the lecture, but if you are planning to attend the dinner, please register below by January 18 or contact Linda Bosman at or 920-565-1023 ext. 2151.

We are offering this event as part of the University’s new REAL (Religious Education, Awareness and Literacy) initiative, coordinated by the Mission House Center of Lakeland University. The purpose of this initiative is to provide educational resources and opportunities for educators, churches and others to grow in their religious literacy, awareness of religious diversity and respect for all persons of faith.
