Associate Professor of Education
Wayne Homstad joined the Lakeland faculty in 2003 after serving the Sheboygan Area School District for 36 years as an English teacher.
While at Lakeland, he has developed numerous courses, ranging from Introduction to Education to Supervision of Student Teaching.
Homstad, who earned his master's and Ph.D. in urban education curriculum and instruction from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, holds a bachelor's of English and Education from Luther College (Iowa).
His current research activity is gathering information about current trends and practices in graduate programs in education.
