We're very excited that you have decided to join us for Preview Day at Lakeland University!
A Preview Day event provides great, well-rounded exposure to life at Lakeland. You’ll tour the campus, meet professors and athletic coaches, and talk to student success coaches about your future plans. Plus, you’ll get to have candid conversations with current students and alumni to discover firsthand what Lakeland is really like.
Schedule:
- 8:45 a.m.-9 a.m.
- 9 a.m.-9:40 a.m.
- Welcome and introduction to Cooperative Education*
- 9:45 a.m.-10:35 a.m.
- Campus tour led by student ambassadors
- 10:40 a.m.-11:10 a.m.
- 11:15 a.m.-12:25 p.m.
- 12:25 p.m.
*COOPERATIVE EDUCATION
- Discover how Lakeland's innovative experiential education develops impressive resumes, enhances students' classroom learning through credit-bearing, paid, professional work experiences, and makes graduating with minimal-to-zero debt possible.
**ACADEMIC MASTERCLASSES AND FACULTY PANEL
- Experience what it’s like to be a Lakeland student in the classroom with a simulated lesson taught by one of our professors.
***INTEREST SESSIONS (20-MINUTE ROTATIONAL SESSIONS)
- Financial Aid and Admissions: Learn about the financial aid and enrollment processes from the Associate Director of Financial Aid and the Director of Admissions
- Alumni and Current Student Panel: Engage with alumni and current students to hear about their unique experiences as Lakeland Muskies.
- Faculty Panel: Ask a small group of professors about academic life at Lakeland.
