Launch runs Road America Concession Stand

There are currently seven student executives employed by Launch, a workforce that will grow to 30 this summer. One reason for this expansion is Launch partnered with Road America to run a concession stand for the upcoming racing season.

The Lakeland concession stand is located at Turn 12 located off the track but with track access. Concession stand student manager, Sam Damrow, worked with LU dining services to create the menu and handle ordering and pre-race weekend arrangements.

The stand will sell fan-favorite food and drinks for breakfast-dinner including pancake bites, French toast sticks, cheeseburgers, brats, pulled pork sandwiches, pork belly bites with our special bourbon chipotle BBQ sauce, nachos, churros, ice cream, non-alcoholic beverages (including Starbucks coffee), a variety of beer, and much more.

We hope to see you there for a day of fun, racing, and great food!

Please contact Sam Damrow, damrows@lakeland.edu, for additional information
