Homecoming 2024: A Day to Remember

On October 5th, we welcomed alumni and their families back to campus for an unforgettable Homecoming celebration! The day kicked off with a lively tailgate, filled with great food, laughter, and Muskie pride. Alumni had a chance to reconnect and relive their Lakeland memories, setting the perfect tone before the big game. Save the date for next year, October 18th, 2025!

2024 Athletics Hall of Fame Inductees

On October 4th, 2024, Lakeland Athletics proudly inducted the following alumni athletes into the Athletics Hall of Fame: 

    • Theresa Falk ’03 – Volleyball 
    • Ryan Mairui ’06, MAC ’08 – Football 
    • Alli Weiss ’08 – Soccer 
    • Adam Sutter ’10 – Wrestling 
    • Justin Ward ’14 – Basketball 
    • Pete Rogers ’04, M.Ed. ’08

Homecoming Victory: Muskies Triumph Over Benedictine, 42-21

The Muskies won 42-21 against Benedictine at Homecoming, with alumni from the 1967, 2009, and 2014 championship teams in attendance for the celebration.  

Emeritus Club Inducts the Class of 1974 

This year, we had the honor of inducting the class of 1974 into the Emeritus Club, bringing together old friends and classmates from the 1970s. It was a wonderful opportunity to celebrate their time at Lakeland and reconnect with familiar faces.

Amie Mae Wentz ’10 MBA ’15 

Director of Brand Management at Emmi Roth, Amie has successfully led a major rebranding effort, doubling the company’s business model. She also serves as an adjunct MBA professor at Lakeland and has a diverse career in sales and branding.

Stan Zoller ’73 

Stan has been named the first recipient of the Candace and John Bowen Adviser First Amendment Leadership Award, recognizing his dedication to supporting student journalists.

Greg Berken MBA ’18 

Promoted to Senior Vice President – Finance at Bank First, Greg has made significant contributions since joining the company in 2011.

Dr. Kevin Krutzik ’97 

Dr. Krutzik took on the role of Superintendent at Southern Door School District, leading exciting projects, including a new gym and greenhouse.

Kaitlyn Kenealy MAC ’17 

Founder of Kenealy Counseling, Kaitlyn was recently honored with the IAOTP’s prestigious Trailblazer Award for her work in mental health.
