NACC postpones Fall semester athletics

The Council of Chief Executive Officers (institution presidents) of the Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference (NACC) announced in July that they made the difficult decision to postpone all conference regular-season competitions and championship events through December 31, 2020. There will still be opportunities for skill development and team building through out-of-season practices and conditioning during the fall semester.

New partnership expands Japan study abroad opportunities

A new partnership between Lakeland University and Virginia Wesleyan University will expand opportunities for students attending the campus in Tokyo, Japan, that was founded by Lakeland almost 30 years ago. Check out the full story on our blog to learn more about this partnership.

Homecoming 2020

Each year, we look forward to welcoming you back to campus for a weekend to reconnect with old friends and create new memories. This year is a little different. Our first priority is the health and safety of all of our Muskies, so we have made the difficult decision to cancel Homecoming 2020.

Although we will not gather in person on October 9 and 10, we invite you to celebrate your Muskie pride by joining us for a day of social celebration on our Lakeland Facebook page! Follow along that day for videos, stories, and opportunities to share your favorite Homecoming photos and memories.

We are excited to bring you back home in 2021.
