Join alumna Rebecca (Wierwille) Miller DipWSET ’76 of Napa, California, for a guided wine tasting featuring thoughtfully paired food selections. Registration is $50 per person and includes the tasting, food pairings, and a souvenir wine glass.

Four Alumni to Be Honored During Homecoming
Join us as we recognize four outstanding alumni during Homecoming Weekend and welcome the Class of 1976 into the Emeritus Club. The Alumni Awards & Emeritus Club Brunch will take place on Saturday, September 26, with award recipients Barbara LaMue ’95, Stan Zoller ’73, Lisa Stephan ’90, MAC ’06, and Nathan Volkomener ’06 being honored for their achievements, leadership, and service.
Muskies Meet Up at Yard 65 Brewery & Events
Join us for a casual afternoon with fellow Muskies at Yard 65 Brewery & Events on Saturday, August 15, from 11 a.m.–2 p.m. Catch up with alumni, family, and friends while supporting fellow Muskie Corey Petzold ’08, lead brewer at Yard 65.
This family-friendly event includes complimentary snacks and bites, with beverages available for purchase. We’d love to see you there!
Japan 2027 Is Filling Fast!
April 4–13, 2027
If Japan is on your bucket list, now is the time to reserve your spot! Join fellow Muskies April 4–13, 2027, for a 10-day guided adventure through Tokyo, Mt. Fuji, Kanazawa, Kyoto, and a special visit to Lakeland University Japan during cherry blossom season.
Registration closes October 6, but the trip may fill before then.
Have questions? Join one of our upcoming Virtual Q&A Sessions on August 3 (12–1 p.m.) or September 10 (11 a.m.–1 p.m.) with the Lakeland Alumni Office and our travel partner, Trafalgar. No registration is required, and both sessions will be recorded.

Jason Bartelt '97
Congratulations to Jason Bartelt ’97, who will be inducted into Marian University’s Hall of Fame this fall for his outstanding contributions as a baseball coach and administrator. This honor makes Jason a two-time Hall of Fame inductee, recognizing his lasting impact on collegiate athletics and student-athlete success.

Lakeland graduates Carra-Lyn Conger ’96 and Emily Rendall-Araujo ’11 MBA ’14 are helping honor the legacy of longtime music professor Janet L. Herrick by leading the newly established Janet L. Herrick Dementia-Friendly Choir at Uptown Social in Sheboygan.
