Blasters Golf Tournament a Success
Nearly $30,000 was raised during this year’s tournament.
We had a blast at the annual Blasters Golf Tournament last Friday. Thanks to all the alums and friends of the university who joined us at Blackwolf Run for a terrific day raising funds for Launch: Lakeland Student-Run Businesses.
2021 Alumni Award Winners Announced
Lakeland University has selected four winners as part of its annual Alumni Award Winners series. Lakeland will honor these winners on Saturday, September 18, as part of Homecoming festivities.
Service to the University Award: Darryl Moore ’96
Professional Achievement Award: Steve Vollmer ’02
Service to the Community Award: Kate Baer ’05 MAC ’15
Honorary Alumni Award: President Emeritus David Black
Musko's Campus Shop Online Store Coming Soon!
Launch is excited to announce Musko’s Campus Shop online store is coming soon! Last year Launch was approached by the university to open a student-run campus shop, and by this summer, Launch will make that a reality. The goal of the new campus shop is to provide the Lakeland community with quality, Lakeland University-branded merchandise at approachable prices building LU pride, university connection, and Launch financial security. There is newly designed merchandise for every Muskie fan.
Also, make sure to watch out for the grand opening of the on-campus store set to open in August. The new store is a 1,000-square-foot shop located inside the Wehr Athletic Center main lobby featuring glass walls and mobile merchandise displays.
