Lakeland Alumni Travels to Japan: Session 2 Q&A

This is the second of two virtual information and Q&A sessions for the Lakeland Alumni Travels to Japan program. This session is open to those who are already registered and planning to travel, as well as anyone interested in the trip who would like to learn more.

Join the Lakeland Alumni Office and our travel partner, Trafalgar, as we provide updated information about the Spring 2027 trip and answer your questions.

We'll cover:

• Trip itinerary and highlights
• Registration details and timeline
• Updated flight information
• Travel insurance
• Pre- and post-tour hotel options
• Additional airport transfers for travelers extending their stay
• What to expect while traveling in Japan, including dining, dietary restrictions, and meal expectations
• Medical needs, including CPAP machines, insulin, and medications requiring refrigeration
• Open Q&A
