2025 Michael J. Devaney Math Meet

Lakeland University invites you to the Michael J. Devaney Math Meet.

High school meet - Monday, Oct. 20, 2025.
Middle school meet - Monday, Nov. 17, 2025.

Location

Lakeland's main campus in Plymouth, Wis.

Registration

Wehr Center (Lobby) - Enter on North Drive. The Wehr Center will be at the end on the right.

Team composition

Teams are comprised of at most 8 students. Please see the details in the section of "High school rules and information" or "Middle school rules and information".

Team awards

Plaques for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place teams.

Individual awards

First team medals to top eight finishers and honorable mention medals to next eight finishers. Certificates will be awarded to all participants. Plaques and medals will be presented at the awards ceremony on the night of the competition. Certificates will be printed and distributed (mailed) later.

Entry

Please complete the online pre-registration form on or before Friday, October 10, 2025, for the high school meet and Friday, November 7, 2025, for the middle school meet. Also bring or send the completed team scoring forms on or before the night of the competition. If you do not pay fees online, please bring a check to cover all costs. Entry fee

$15 for the first team from each school, and $10 for each additional team.

Each high school will be allowed to enter one or more teams consisting of up to eight (8) students. Team membership must include at least one (1) freshman, and no more than four (4) seniors. All team members must be attending the same school.

6:00 - 6:15 p.m. - Event I
6:20 - 6:35 p.m. - Event II
6:40 - 6:55 p.m. - Event III
7 - 7:15 p.m. - Event IV
7:20 - 7:40 p.m. - Event V (team event)
8 - 8:20 p.m. - Awards ceremony

Events will be held in classrooms in Chase Center, Old Main, and the Laun Center. The Awards ceremony will take place in the Event Space in our Campus Center (Note: this is a change from previous years).
