Fredrick Brown is an adjunct instructor in the exercise science program at Lakeland University. Fred teaches First Aid & Emergency Care. In addition to his teaching responsibilities, he is also an exercise instructor. At the SPORTS CORE, he specializes in Aquatic Therapeutic and Rehabilitative exercises. Additionally, he coordinates swimming programs in Arthritis, Multiple Sclerosis, personal rehabilitative aquatics and swim instruction. He holds certification as an American Red Cross Instructor Training, Arthritis Aquatics instructor and is American Council on Exercise- ACE certified. Brown earned a Master's degree in Adapted PE from University of Wisconsin-Lacrosse, and a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls.
