John Yang, who joined the Lakeland faculty in 2004, earned his Ph.D. in educational policy and leadership from Marquette University.

He previously earned his master's, also in educational policy and leadership, and his bachelor's (in biochemistry), from Marquette.

Yang teaches courses in educational technology and math and science teaching methods.

Prior to joining Lakeland, Yang taught in the Sheboygan Area School District and at Sheboygan County Christian High.
