Lakeland University Launches Spring Professional Development Series for East Central Wisconsin Workforce

Lakeland University, a leader in experiential education, has announced its spring professional development workshop series.

Designed to meet the evolving needs of the Wisconsin business community, these sessions provide local leaders with immediately actionable skills in communication, lean management and trust-building.

The series kicks off in March with several high-impact opportunities, such as:

  • Crucial Conversations (March 18-19 or May 12-13): A two-day intensive workshop on mastering high-stakes dialogue.
  • Choosing By Advantages (April 21-22): Transform your decision-making from a “gut feeling” into a strategic superpower.

"At Lakeland, our heart and focus is on benefitting our region," said Jamie Schramm, Lakeland’s workforce and professional development program manager. "We are committed to strengthening local workplaces and supporting a thriving economy through development opportunities designed specifically for our neighbors."

Registration for all spring and fall sessions is now open at www.lakeland.edu/workshops.
