The Church Will Always Sing: A Non-anxious Conversation about Music in Worship
Concerned about the future of your congregation’s music? Come learn some new songs, share ideas, and add your voice to the conversation as we imagine what worship music might be like in small and medium-size congregations in the coming years. Our facilitator and song leader will be Rev. Dr. Christopher Grundy, Professor of Preaching and Worship from Eden Theological Seminary in St. Louis. Dr. Grundy is a songwriter and recording artist, co-founder of The Convergence Music Project (www.convergencemp.com) and the Progressive Christian Artists Network. Pastors, music directors, choir and worship band members, and anyone who loves to sing in church are welcome to join us as we sing and brainstorm our way forward.
