Health services are currently unavailable at Lakeland University. If you are staying on campus and you need medical services please call your own provider.

If you don’t have a provider locally, Lakeshore Community Health is an affordable income-based option; they can also help to refer you appropriately: 920-783-6633

If you are concerned you may have symptoms of COVID-19 you can call an Advocate Aurora number for advice, and referral for testing if appropriate: 1-866-443-2584

Health Services Information

The Health Center provides for your basic health needs on campus, as well as help with referrals to outside resources as needed. A physician assistant or health care provider from Advocate Aurora Healthcare is available on Mondays and Wednesdays from 12:30-4 p.m. and on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7-10:30 a.m.

To make an appointment, call 920-565-1034, ext. 2386 during health clinic hours or leave a confidential message. We will return your call within one business day. Same-day appointments and walk-ins will be accommodated as availability allows. For a list of free services, see tab below. Sports physicals are $25.
