In order for a student to host a guest on the Lakeland University campus, the host must fill out this form 48 hours before the arrival of the guest. The guest must wear the wristband obtained from the Department of Safety and Security and also must be escorted by their host at all times. Failure to abide by above or any university policy may result in the guest being asked to leave campus. Students are allowed no more than two (2) guests at any time and guests cannot stay overnight for over three evenings, no more than three times per semester and must have permission of any applicable roommate(s). By submitting this form, I am attesting that I have the permission from my roommate. A Guest Registration is required for each guest.
