Through Lakeland’s innovative Cooperative Education program, nursing students engage in immersive practical experiences to increase their readiness for practice while earning credits toward their degree. Through this partnership between Rocky Knoll and Lakeland University, Rocky Knoll employees who pursue a healthcare related degree are eligible for tuition reimbursement.
Student-Loan Repayment
Up To $4,800
Students who complete the RN to BSN Completion Program at Lakeland University are eligible for up to $4,800 in student loan repayment from Rocky Knoll.

Lakeland University students interested in working at Rocky Knoll are awarded many benefits. Students will work part- or full-time, having the potential to earn up to 30 credits toward their degree and gaining valuable work-experience. Upon graduation, students will have the opportunity to receive full-time employment at Rocky Knoll.
