Brian Frink, who holds a Ph.D. in physical organic chemistry from The Ohio State University and a bachelor's degree in chemistry from the University of Minnesota, began his career at Lakeland in 1999.
Since arriving at Lakeland, Frink has been heavily invested in the university, serving on multiple committees and task force assignments. He is one of Lakeland's most prolific instructors, having taught more than two dozen courses. His special interests include atmospheric chemistry, medicinal chemistry and forensic chemistry.
Frink has directed research for eight Lakeland students who went on to graduate schools around the country.
