LU Exercise Science research to be published

A team of researchers from Lakeland will have their work published in the Journal of Allied Health, the official publication of the Association of Schools Advancing Health Professions

Bill Ebben, associate professor in exercise science, current exercise science program student Alicia Thone and recent Lakeland exercise science program graduates Dylan Lange and Garret Duffin recently had the study titled, “A Comparative Study of the Education and Background, Position Characteristics, Job Responsibilities, Job Satisfaction, and Well-Being of Physical Therapists and Occupational Therapists” accepted for publication.

Lange and Duffin are students in the Doctor of Physical Therapy program at Northern Illinois University. Thone has been accepted to seven Doctorate of Physical Therapy programs and will make her selection soon.
