Beginning January 29, Dining Services will prepare and offer a take-home hot meal to be picked up at 4:30 p.m. on Thursdays.
Different meals will be offered each Thursday.

| May 7 | 2 lbs smokey turkey breast w/cherry bourbon BBQ glaze, roasted fingerling potatoes & vegetables, strawberry rhubarb crisp |
| July 22 | Smoked BBQ Beef Ribs, homemade baked mac & cheese, honey-roasted carrots, cornbread, $50, two portions |
| August 20 | Brown sugar & Sage baked chicken, roasted cauliflower, cheddar whipped potatoes, Dinner rolls, prepared salad w/honey peppercorn dressing, portions: $25/two, $40/four |
