Business Administration
MBA
Lakeland’s MBA is designed for working adults, and provides a broad-based professional education consisting of coursework that integrates research, case studies, technology and other learning processes. Objectives include an understanding of business and economic problems, and the development of managerial skills to address these problems in the context of an ethical and global workplace.
Leadership & Organizational Development
MS-LOD
Leadership is a key quality that today’s employers seek in their employees. The Master of Science in Leadership and Organizational Development (LOD) graduate program focuses on leadership skills and organizational development practices in the workplace; whereas the more traditional MBA focuses on accounting, finance, statistics and economics.
Education
M.Ed.
Assessment, academic standards, technology, curriculum design, college and career readiness – these are more than just buzzwords for professionals in today’s complex world of education.
Lakeland has responded with a Master of Education (M.Ed.) program designed for today’s educators, providing practical ways for teachers to stay current in their profession and providing course content that focuses on the needs of today’s teachers and students, as well as their school districts.
The Lakeland M.Ed. also paves the way for educators to meet national criteria to enable them to teach dual credit Concurrent Academic Partnership Program (CAPP) courses.
Master of Arts in Counseling
MAC
Lakeland University’s Master of Arts in Counseling (MAC) Degree is a 48-60 semester-hour professional graduate training program. The MAC program is dedicated to preparing students for one of three professional counseling areas: clinical mental health, higher education counseling or school counseling. The MAC program is designed with the working professional in mind and offers opportunities for intellectual, moral and spiritual growth. Non-degree-seeking status is available.
