Students get involved for many different reasons based on their individual needs and desires. What you get out of it varies with your individual contribution, but most students say they receive great personal success and have the most fun of their life being involved in college!
Our student-athletes are a force to be reckoned with, as our men's and women's teams and individuals compete in NCAA Division III baseball, basketball, football, golf, soccer, softball, tennis, track and field, volleyball, and wrestling.
Community service isn’t what we do. It’s who we are. When you’re a Lakeland Muskie, helping others and making your community a better place is in your DNA. We encourage our students to participate in community service, because it aligns with our identity as a university. We think it’s a very important part of a student’s overall development into a well-rounded, civic-minded citizen.
