Welcome Desk

The Welcome Desk, located in the Campus Center, serves as a central hub for student services and support. It houses both the Mail Desk and the Shuttle Desk, providing convenient access to essential campus resources.

Mail Services

Lakeland University Student Mail Services

To ensure timely and accurate delivery, all student mail and packages must be addressed using the student’s full name, residence hall, room number, and Lakeland University's main campus address.

Mail & Package Pickup

  • All student mail and packages are available for pickup at the Welcome Desk.
  • Students will be notified via their Lakeland University email when a letter or package has arrived.
  • A valid LU Student ID (physical card or virtual ID on the 360u App) is required to retrieve mail or packages.

Outgoing Mail & Packages

Students may send outgoing mail and packages through the Lauer Center if they already have a prepaid shipping label or postage.

  • To purchase stamps or a shipping label, visit the Business Office during regular hours.
  • All outgoing items must be properly sealed and clearly labeled before drop-off.

Shuttle Services

The Lakeland University campus shuttle offers free transportation for students to and from locations around campus and neighboring communities. Designed to be safe, reliable, and convenient, shuttles run year-round, except during university-observed holidays or when campus is closed due to inclement weather.

Ride Guidelines

  • Students must sign up at least 24 hours in advance at the Shuttle Desk, located at the Welcome Desk in the Campus Center.
  • A sign-up sheet will be available where students must provide all required ride information.
  • Riders should meet the shuttle driver at the Welcome Desk at least 5 minutes before their scheduled departure.
  • A valid LU Student ID is required to ride.

Cancellations

If a student needs to cancel their ride, they must call the shuttle phone or notify a driver at least one hour prior to the scheduled pick-up time.

Hours of Operation:
Saturday – Sunday | 6:00 a.m. – 12:00 a.m.
