Sharon K. Hulce | A Well Done Professional Midlife Crisis
Hulce has devoted twenty-four years of expertise in Executive Search, specializing in placing outstanding leaders. She founded Employment Resource Group Inc. (ERG) in 2002 in order to help companies not only find technically competent candidates, but to change the primary focus to one about behaviors. She has always believed you “hire for attitude, train for skill.”
Hulce has received multiple professional achievements, including selection as a 2019 Forbes Author of “A Well Done Professional Midlife Crisis” which her Keynote Address will draw from. She was also the 2019 Fox Cities Chamber Award winner, the 2019 Walter L. Rugland Community Service Award winner, a 2015 inductee in the Pinnacle Society, an Ernst and Young finalist for “Entrepreneur of the Year”, and a 2005 Athena Award winner.
Forbes also named ERG a 2019 Top Executive Search firm in the United States. Hulce has achieved $20m in personal career sales, while maintaining the Midwest Billing Manager of the Year and International Top 5 Billing Manager since 2002. She has served on multiple boards of directors, including having served as Vice President of the Board of Trustees for Fox Valley Technical College. Hulce does qui pro quoi work for non-profit executive searches as often as she is asked. Her total is over 75 of these searches to date.
Hulce has a 20-year-old daughter who is a Sophomore at St. Norbert College.

She has a passion for leading and developing others. She has accumulated her perspective through an unusual career trajectory that includes her experiences as a retired Air Force logistician, a continuous improvement and P&L executive of a Fortune 500 company, an adjunct professor at universities and as a pro bono continuous improvement coach for Collective Impact Initiatives with not-for-profit agencies.
Lewis is a prominent public speaker and published academician who can translate complex ideas into relatable stories to inspire audiences of all levels. As a public speaker, she is in high demand internationally at academic and industry conferences as well as corporate leadership events.
As an ICF & CCA certified executive coach, she facilitates classes, events and offers one-on-one professional development training and mentoring in public and private workshops. She is certificated to administer the Kirton Adaption-Innovation (KAI) Inventory, illuminating cognitive problem-solving styles. She is a licensed facilitator of Celemi Business Simulation Workshops, improving team member engagement and business acumen. Sondra Norder | You Are Not Alone: Real Stories of Strong & Sensitive Women

Sondra Norder (NHA, HSE, FACHE, JD, President/CEO, St. Paul Elder Services, Inc.) graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire with a Bachelor of Science degree in health care administration and has been a licensed Nursing Home Administrator since 2001. She earned her Juris Doctor from Marquette University Law School and is a licensed attorney with special interests in health law and elder law. Sondra is a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives and also is Health Services Executive qualified with the National Association of Boards of Long-Term Care Administrators.
Sondra has served as adjunct faculty for Lakeland University's healthcare management undergraduate and graduate programs, has guest lectured for Concordia University’s nursing program and also serves as a preceptor for the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire’s Health Care Administration degree program, where she also serves on that programs Advisory Council. Sondra serves on the Board of Directors of LeadingAge-Wisconsin, where she is the vice chair of public policy, and on the Performance Improvement Committee at Holy Family Memorial Hospital in Manitowoc. In 2015, Sondra received the “Tomorrow’s Leaders” award from the Catholic Health Association in Washington D.C. and graduated from the Leadership Fox Cities program.
This session will discuss how women leaders have managed through various stereotypes about women in the workplace (such as the idea that women manage from an emotional place), as well as how women have handled uncomfortable situations. The session will cover how successful women build up other women around them, how they hold their heads high and hold offenders accountable when confronted with various forms of harassment and how they persist when passed over for career opportunities. The session will teach women to create their personal value proposition in negotiating equitable compensation, how to identify and dismantle gender bias and double standards and how women who are moms, married or single, balance issues unique to how family obligations impact careers.
Mai Krenzke | You Can Have it All
Mai Krenzke is a mom, wife, corporate professional and business owner. She is an immigrant with big dreams and in pursuit of what sets her soul on fire. She has over 14 years of experience in corporate America with a Fortune 500 company in various leadership capacities, and she runs two small businesses. She runs a real estate investment company with her husband. Her passion-work is in running her global health and wellness online business to accomplish the mission of helping others create a residual income stream, live in their best bodies through the power of quality nutrition and grow a positive community where everyone can rise to their fullest potential.
In this personal excellence workshop, you will discover an immigrant’s keys to overcoming adversity to thrive in society, corporate America and as an entrepreneur. She has found her purpose and hopes to help you align with yours. This session will challenge you to live with a “Have It All” mindset and build personal belief to achieve your purpose through a personal discovery exercise. It will also inspire you to take action using a simple continuous improvement method.
Elizabeth Jones | Enrich Your Leadership Skills Through Enhanced Communication
Elizabeth Jones, Ph.D., is the manager of instructional excellence at Fox Valley Technical College. She has more than 18 years of experience teaching associate’s degree, bachelor’s degree and master’s degree courses in communications, critical thinking and law at Fox Valley Technical College and Lakeland University. Before beginning her second career in higher education, she was an attorney whose practice focused on international business and finance. As the mother of a young man with autism, Elizabeth has served on many local and state advocacy boards, including the Wisconsin Commissioner of Insurance Autism Advisory Committee and Friends of Autism’s Fox Cities Walk for Autism Committee. She has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas at El Paso, a doctorate from Texas Tech University and a Certificate of Advanced Graduate Study from the University of Wisconsin-Stout.
Successful leadership in the workplace depends upon effective communication. Research shows we are most likely to deliver information the way we prefer to receive it, which can lead to communication gaps between individuals with different communication styles/preferences. Therefore, to strengthen our communication with those we seek to lead, it is important to identify our own preferred methods of receiving information and to enhance our communication strategies to include other styles/preferences.

Alex Liosatos & Liz Licht | Living Our Values With Intention and Purpose
Alex Liosatos, licensed professional counselor, is the director of the Health and Counseling Center at Lakeland University, where she has also taught as an adjunct instructor. She has an undergraduate degree from the University of Wales (BScEcon), a Master’s in International Affairs (MAIA) from Ohio University and a Master of Arts in Counseling from Lakeland. Alex is originally from Wales in the UK, but has been in the USA for 20 years. She has lived and worked in other countries too, including South Africa, Hong Kong, France, Greece and Turkey. Alex loves to travel and meet people from different backgrounds. In her free time, she likes to do yoga, is a registered yoga teacher (RYT-200), and is also a certified LifeForce Yoga Practitioner (LFYP-1), which integrates yoga and mindfulness practices with psychotherapy. She enjoys sharing the benefits of mindfulness and meditation with students and employees, leading a weekly meditation group on campus.
Liz Licht is currently pursuing her master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling at Lakeland University following a rich and winding career in professional dance, yoga teaching and editing. She is grateful to have learned and applied the values approach taught in this workshop from her supervisor, Alex Liosatos. Liz joins the group from Scottsdale, Ariz., where she is currently interning at the longest-running intensive outpatient program for eating disorders in the Phoenix area. Her professional intention is to combine the arts, mindfulness, and neuro-somatic therapies to help people become the fullest expression of themselves.

Jamie Schmelzer | Managing Your Personal Brand
Equal parts coach and brand marketer, Jamie Schmelzer spent the first 16 years of his career at advertising agencies working on everything from chain saws and charities to all-terrain vehicles and household cleaning products. In 2015, one of his favorite clients, Johnsonville Sausage, hired him as its first Integrated Marketing Director. His team is responsible for advertising, public relations, social media and e-commerce at Johnsonville, and relishes the opportunity to execute never-been-done-before work that wins awards and sells sausage. Jamie lives in Cedarburg with his wife and two sons and is both an avid cyclist and mediocre giant pumpkin grower.
