Lakeland Director for Campus Safety Jason Hraban will discuss what to do during an active shooter incident at Lakeland. He will review the five phases of an active shooter and discuss case studies of Columbine, Sandy Hook and Virginia Tech. The presentation will be informative and beneficial for everyone in the Lakeland Community.
During his 25 years as a police officer/school laison officer, Hraban has been trained in Active Shooter Response, Alice, Alert, Run Hide Fight. He instructs a number of different response trainings, and he has worked on the emergency government panel in Dodge County to assist all schools in Dodge County with the Run Hide Fight narrative.
