Career Fair Prep

Career fairs don't have to be awkward or intimidating. This casual prep session is designed to help you feel confident, prepared and ready to make a great impression at the Lakeland University Career Fair. Whether this is your first career fair or you just want a refresher, this session will meet you where you're at.

What we'll cover:

• How to research employers before the fair (and what actually matters)
• Brainstorming smart, natural questions to ask employers
• Professional dress decoded — what to wear, what not to stress about
• Resume reviews and quick tips to stand out
• Strategies to feel less nervous and more confident talking with employers
