How do we find peace of mind in times of chaos? What ancient spiritual practices and teachings can ground us today? Come for a time of encouragement and support for your own well-being and mental health. We will share stories about what we are experiencing with our mental health realities and share resources for ways to help one another find calm in the midst of the storm. This is a time for connecting and building community, remembering that none of us is alone. Together we are stronger.
