Black History month is the perfect time to talk about soul food and Black excellence. Soul Food Night is an opportunity for students, faculty, staff, alumni, employers, etc. to enjoy live music, art, dinner, spoken word and networking opportunities.

Please come out and immerse in our culture as we celebrate and enjoy a time of coming together.

Menu:

  • Chicken
  • Greens
  • Sweet Potatoes
  • Macaroni & Cheese
  • Peach cobbler
  • ...and more!

Following this event, we ask that you stick around for Lakeland's annual student-organized event: Essence of Heritage. Essence of Heritage pays homage to black history and traditions through song, spoken word, dance and other programming.
