Barkha Limbu Daily ’07, co-owner of the award-winning restaurant the cheel, the baaree and a new restaurant, Daily Taco, will be demonstrating how to make Shan Noodles. This is a Burmese dish with sautéed soft bean noodles, green & red peppers, shiitake mushrooms, onion, ginger and garlic in sesame oil. This gluten free, vegan/vegetarian dish is topped with toasted peanuts & cilantro and can be served with salmon, chicken, pork or beef. It is one of the most popular dishes from Myanmar on the menu at the cheel. People with different dietary needs enjoy this as it can be customized to anyone's need or preference.
